My Question or Issue

I had recently switched phones and had forgotten my password to my spotify account and am currently paying for premium. I would like to either cancel it or more preferably get access to it.**bleep** can provide all information about the credit card used there.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

In this case, I’d recommend following the steps in this support article to reset your password (entering the email address registered to your Spotify account, or your username, into the password reset form). A password reset email will then be sent to you, so that you'll be able to update your password and log in on your new phone.

 

If you're having trouble resetting your password, I’d recommend taking a look at the tips provided here; however, if they don't help, I'd then suggest contacting Customer Support, who can assist further.

Can't login to my account that I'm paying for. Only am able to use the free account that I dl'd by accident.
