I made my subscription payment but spotify insists that i don’t do it

My Question or Issue

i made my subscription payment but spotify insists that i don’t do it. I have my credit card receipt where it can be verified that the payment was made, but spotify stopped/canceled my plan. I need to contact someten to demonstrate this or use a faster mechanism if there is one
