I've lost access to my email connected to my account, how do I change the connected email?

My account username is musahi_asashi, and I have an email connected there that I lost access to, but since Spotify requires email verification, I can't change the email connected because it needs me to verify through the old email that I don't have access to anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this?
