In this case, just to clarify, it's not possible to have one email linked to more than one Spotify account, so most likely you own more than one account. That being said, the old account can be linked to a different email. To verify this, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.

Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these, your old account might be linked to one of those.

If you have your old account open on a different device (perhaps a mobile) you can check the details that account is linked to by following these steps:

1. Go to Home.
2. Go to Settings.
3. At the top of settings, you can see the email linked to your account (if any).
