My Question or Issue

I always logged in with my username and my password. I should've updated my E-Mail a long time ago, because I actually not have access to the address anymore that is connected with my Spotify-Account. However, last week out of a whim, I couldn't log in anymore. I never changed my password and also did nothing with my account. It just says, that the password is not correct. I now also can't reset my password, because I don't have access to that mail address anymore. Anyone got an idea how I get my account back?

You should generally always have an up-to-date email associated with any accounts you may have, so issues like this can be prevented. 

I recommend reaching out to Support so that they can try to help you regain access to your account. Since you know your username, it won't take long for them to find your account: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ 🙂
