Language change and unknown user in my profile

The language in my spotify profile has been changed from English to another I dont know. I thinknits Slovak. There is also a second username logged into this profile. How can I correct this?

If you're not doing the changes on your account, it's possible that someone else has access to it taking into account the second profile you're mentioning. 

So in this case, if you can still access your account, we'd recommend performing the security process mentioned in this article to make sure no one else has access to it. 

In case you don't have access to your account anymore, since we don't have access to users' accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can look for the account and help you further. 

If anything else comes up, don't hesitate to ask.

My account got logged out on its own post which the corresponding mail changed from Spotify India to Spotify Brazil with language used as Portuguese instead of English. I have changed my password, reset language and country settings but nothing's helped.
