Location Change UAE to Germany

My Question or Issue

I recently moved from UAE to Germany. Although I am able to listen to music and have been successful in changing payment method, I can't change my location to Germany.

I have followed the instructions, however in the profile edit section, the field for country selection is locked/un-editable.

What am I missing here?

The thing is I haven't made the change yet, i.e. because the country is
greyed out, I can't make the change from UAE to Germany. Do you mean that
since I changed my payment method, from my next billing cycle I will be
allowed to make the country change?

Yep, that's correct. Since you're on a paid plan, you can only update your country setting by updating your payment method. 🙂
