Logged into someone else's account

Please help. I was locked out of my Spotify for unknown reasons (my password, which is the only one I've ever used, suddenly stopped working) and when I followed the password reset link to set a new one, it changed the password and logged me into an account for someone named Bella? My username is [removed by Mod], not Bella, and this is definitely someone else's account. How do I get my account back and give Bella the access to her own account back?

This seems like some sort of misunderstanding most likely. Perhaps this is in fact an old account of yours and the email addresses used for both this and your main account are similar. To start off, follow all the steps here, these should help you find the correct login details to access your main account. If you can't remember some of the details, these steps can help you locate them.
