Login/Unlog with PS4

Hi, SpotyComm, how you doing?

Straight to the point.
I had a PS3 with my Spotify logged through my Facebook account. PSN, Facebook and Spotify were all logged and my Spotify were working pretty well.
Yesterday i sold my PS3 and bought my PS4. When i came home and tried to log my Spotify as i did with my PS3, the app gave me the message that my account were already logged. I tried to unlog by my PS4, by PSN website, by Spotify, and even when i "succeded", my PS4 continued to give the same response. Maybe my log on my ex-PS3 are afecting my logs at my PS4.

Question: Where do i need to go to unlog all my apps from my PSN account, so i can make all the links again, from ground zero?

If you can't unlink your account via this page you will have to contact your local PSN support and they will be able to sort this for you. You can find the list of local PSN websites here.

Hi, @Dreadlord, I've already talked to PSN local, and they said i should talk to Spotify Support (you guys).

This is the message PSN gives me when i try to login or out of my Spotify-PSN:

"Your PlayStation ™ Network account or Spotify® account is already linked to other accounts. Please sign out and try using a different account."

I've already logged out from every account i have, and it still gives me this answer.

That's odd. PSN support was able to unlink my Spotify from my old PSN id. 

Are you trying to log in your Spotify on different psn id than the one you used at your old ps3?

I agree, that's really odd.

I'm using the same PSN id that i used on my PS3.

My cousing had a profile on my PS3 and everything went well with him. His Spotify logged as he created his profile and put his PSN and Facebook ID.

I think that's karma... hope it's not the case.

Hey @jonathasbatista,

There is not much I can help you with. 

I would suggest you try PSN support one more time. If they have phone support for your country, it's best to use it as the chance of getting a generic answer without even looking at your case is lower.
