Login works but cannot get into my account menu

Hi, after logging in, I would like to enter My Account menu to look at invoices, maybe change to Duo etc. But I keep getting the Unexpected Error page. Any guidance? B.

Hmm, that doesn't sound right! Could you try logging in on your account page with a different browser or in an incognito window? Let me know how you get on!

I tried using my android phone, instead of the Edge browsed on my portable
computer. Did the trick!!
