My Question or Issue

I recently purchased premium duo account, but my wifes account didn't want to log into duo. When we managed to figure this out, my spotify is now logged out. My email doesn't work, my facebook doesn't work, my device doesn't work. It all takes me to an old free account that I haven't used in years. How do I cancel the duo premium account? If I don't have access to the account? Or how do I retrieve this account if I have no login information.

First, could you try finding your account

If that doesn't help - For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
