Lost playlists.

gopiah89 - I've tried to restore your playlists now. Just log out and then log back in, they should reappear.

No problem. Just sign out and sign back and you should find 'tranqui' waiting for you.

I downloaded the iPad app, signed up and all of my playlists and tracks are gone.  Can this be restored?

Hi gerogemeaders- Not worry, your playlists are safe. What happened here is you opened a new account via your Facebook, rather than sign into your original 'georgemeaders' account. 

From now on please be sure to sign in with your 'gerogemeaders' username (not your email). If you'd like to link Facebook to that account just go through your Preferences page: Edit > Preferences (in Windows) or Spotify > Preferences (in Mac)

Also, I should note that in order to use Spotify on your iPad a Premium subscription is needed. You can make this upgrade from your subscription page.
