My account was hacked

My account was hacked over the weekend, and I'm having a hard time getting anything resolved, because they changed the email address and password associated with my account. My username, staceychev, is still the same, at least according to my phone. I replied to the email they sent notifying me that an email address was changed, and they replied back that they can't find my account. (I replied back to that email yesterday morning and still haven't heard back from them.) I can't ask for help through the site, because they are going to respond to the other person's email address. 

 

Thoughts?

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

That's the form I already used, it it said it would get back to me at the wrong email address. 

You'll need to provide an email too, they'll contact you at this email.

Thanks! I realized that the reason it wasn't taking it as an anonymous request was that I was logged into Spotify in my browser. Once I logged out, it worked. Thanks for your help!
