My family member can't access our plan or spotify account

My family member can't access our plan or spotify account

I have a family member who received an email to confirm the address but didn't have time to confirm, now he can't get into the plan, which is also his!

I've already tried to send him a new link to join the plan again, but to no avail.

I need help, urgently!

That's because they failed to verify their address within 7 days. You can try reaching out to Support to see if anything can be done about it: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/. 🙂
