My family subscription is not working

My family subscription is not working

My family subscription is not working. Unfortunately I noticed that somehow all my account users are logged out I dont know why. When I send them invites again, it does not work and showing error "You cant join this premium for family account. You have already joined to 2 subscriptions in last 12 months"

@Abhigattu644 hey there, sorry to hear that you're having issues with your family subscription.

 

The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

If you let them know as much as you can about your problem - your operating system, spotify version, how you're connecting (i.e. wifi), how long you've had this issue, and the steps you've taken to resolve it - they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
