My premium account doesn't work anymore

My premium account doesn't work anymore

Since around one week my premium account doesn't work anymore. I didn't change something at the payment conditions or somewhere else and my account information is still on premium account. Nevertheless the premium functions don't work anymore and I get advertising and can't use spotify on my smartphone.

 

Does somebody know this problem or can help me?

Can you just check what it says under Subscription Status on this page?

It says:

You have got an active subscription.You subscription will automatically change to Spotify Premium on 2014-03-12 and you will be charged 9,99 € unless you cancel recurrent payments.

That's promising........So premium works on your desktop but not on mobile? Are you definitely logged into the same account on the mobile - does it appear under "Devices" in the desktop client? Try logging out and back in making sure you use the same credentials as on your desktop (facebook or username).

Couldn't help but notice the renewal date is in the past. Spotify are aware of some payment issues if you pay by direct debit from your bank account (in Germany). If that is the case, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this as they will need to work some magic to get you back to Premium.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
