Hello, I'm premium subscription to a long time already, but she is still charging in US dollars, I'm from Brazil and I can not change to come charging R $ 14.90, for in US dollars is paid more taxes on the card.o.

Hi Felipe, get in touch with Spotify support, they'll be able to help you resolve this. If you get an automated message back from them or from a no-reply email, reply to it anyways and you'll hear from them soon after. Best of luck!
