My service has not worked

I have been attempting to communicate with you for about six months. I have been unsuccessful in my attempt to find a way to talk to or write to a human.

I took advantage of your .99 monthly 3month trial that automatically switches to monthly $9.99 .
This worked for less than 30 days.
When I would signin to your "service" I would hear ads. I have been offered to "upgrade" all to the same email address YOU HAVE CONSISTENTLY BILLED FROM DAY ONE. Summary: you have been charging me for half a year for service I have not received. You have made it virtually impossible to communicate with you. Your "help" site is a JOKE. I don't care how many consumers you have on your service, you operate your business in a very unethical way.
If this letter is successful and gets me a full refund or more fine.
If this letter does not get me properly refunded, my next effort will be in small claims court in Seattle,King County, WA

This doesn't sound right! Please use the contact form so that a member of the Spotify staff can check this for you. You simply follow the right steps until you come across a green "I still need help" button. You should get redirected to the form then. After you've sent it, if you receive an automated email directing you back to the help pages, make sure to reply to it, even if it's a no-reply.
Support usually replies withing 24-48 hours.
