Hey guys! So I have a similar problem, I also paid for my premium using the App Store on my iPhone6s and not only am I showing up as free in the Spotify app and website, but I also did not receive an email from Spotify confirming the upgrade. However, my credit card was charged! Please help!!

Hey there, help's here!

 

We've checked your account and seen that the payment attempt through the App Store wasn't successful. You can contact Apple directly for more info.

 

On the other hand, we can confirm that your payment from the 29th of Jun 2016 reactivated your Premium subscription. Check your renewal date anytime here: www.spotify.com/account/overview.
