New Device, Can't locate user name

New Device, Can't locate user name

Hoping someone has advice - I  use premium on my phone, and my phone died a couple of days ago.  I got a new one and went to get set back up with this app, but don't know my username or pw.  I tried to recover using my email address, and I must have typed it in wrong when I set it up because there is no premium account associated with it.  I set up a new free acct, but I don't want to lose my music and don't want to upgrade this one and pay twice.

 

Is there any way to actually get someone from Spotify to respond so that I can recover my old account?  This customer service is garbage, I can't find any way to get an actual person to even return an email!!!!! Very Very frustrating.
