New subscription to spotify duo

I am currently a premium spotify user and I have applied and paid for an upgrade to Spotify Premium duo.

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

My Question or Issue

I am attempting to add my daughter to the spotify premium duo that I have paid for but the site doesnt recognise my address and I can therefore not progress to register my daughter as the recipient of the duo acess.

Thanks for reaching out.

Have you tried using a Google Plus Code yet?

You can find the Plus Code for your address here on Google Maps, which will be a combination of letters and numbers in the format XXXX+XX.

If you run into an error while entering the Plus Code, try adding the city and country after it.

And keep in mind that when your Premium Family members accept the invite, they’ll need to enter the same Plus Code to match. Your existing plan members may be asked to confirm their address.
