No more access to email of the account

Hi everybody, 

I write from Italy, I've no longer access to email associated to my premium account. I am accessing the service because since long time I am logged in on the app. I would like to upgrade my plan bud I don't remember password and don't have access to email to follow reset procedure. 

I think I need support from Spotify but I don't find any direct service to contact.

Do you have suggestion for me?

My previous account was hacked and i had to make a new one just to even reach out out about the problem is there any way i can get my account back please.
