Not getting notifications

Hi,


Already for a while I'm not getting any notifications from Spotify.
I have double (triple actually) checked settings from desktop player and notifications are endabled, also from account settings I have basically all e-mail and push notifications enabled, but not receiving either of them.

I have been thinking that maybe some firewall rule blocks them in my pc, but this cannot be, as i'm also not receiving e-mails anymore and also no notifications in mobile app.
Any ideas?

I asked the guys what might be the problem and we agreed that it's best for you to contact the staff (since it's possible that there is something wrong with your account) directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Current version is 1.0.18.60.g5fe0413d

But I have updated it atleast once or twice during this issue.
checked and last notification is from mid-September...

Hey,

They said that they didn't do anything and asked to re-install the client... but suddenly it all started to work again, before i got to the re-install.
