Not my e-mail connected to my account.

Not my e-mail connected to my account.

I've recently checked my account information, and the e-mail there is not mine. I can't remember my password, I don't know how long it's been like this, for all I know the password was changed and that's why I couldn't "remember" it and I started using Facebook login instead.

Anyways, my question is how do I secure my account again?

I sent a contact form to Spotify but it says it'll reply to the wrong e-mail.  I did specidy in the form that the e-mail registered is not mine and I wroten down the two e-mails I use.

That doesn't sound good. In this case, our Accounts team will need to take a closer look. You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares and SpotifyCares. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username. You can also use our Contact Form to get email support (no login required).
