Offline before login

I usually have two devices on my account- my wife's and my own. My wife was randomly logged out on her end, and when I tried to login, it says I am offline. Her device has both wifi and mobile data running. I tried going on and offline on my device and get the same result.

Can you make sure to turn off the Offline Mode on your app settings?
