I keep on getting this message when applying for a new premium subscription. Please help.

Hi there,

 

You can check out the credit/debit card troubleshooting guide before you sign up. Trying to sign up in a private browsing would be a great help, too!

But im using my mobile to pay for my Spotify. I've been paying via mobile for a year now. I tried renewing my subscription using incognito and other browsers, and deleting cookies but nothing seemed to work.

I have exact same problem with you. But no one can solve it.
