Password changed unintentionally

My Premium account suddenly stopped working. It complains about incorrect password. The password was stored in my web browser and I haven't changed it so either this is a problem in Spotify's system or a hijack of my account. I'm not able to reset the password with any of the email addresses I currently use. Since I'm getting billed through this account creating a new one is not a solution.

 

How can I retrieve control of this account or alternatively cancel the Premium subscription?
