Wrong Connection with other mobil

Hi!

Since 1 hour Spoitfy connects to an other mobil I dont know.

I Have a Premium Account using Spotify on my Desktop (Mac) and Iphone.

When I now open the App on my Iphone and start playing music will stop the music, then I Screen appears that I am now connect with a Samsung Galaxy S8+ and than start playe some creeping music like Britney Spears..

I Have never used a Samsung phone, never connected my Account to a Samsung phone! Can some explain this and  fix it?
