PayPal Asking for NEW card

i got this error im from the Philippines and when im about to pay for the Premium its asking for a new credit card i already got my credit card Verified hope you help me thank you!

Weird, is the error you are getting on a Spotify.com page or on paypal's website?

getting the error on paypal side this is the first time I encounter this on my online purchases

Weird, has the card attached to your PayPal expired (or been renewed and the date needs changed)?

Is the credit card registered to an address in the Philippines?

yap it is address in the philippines since i got it here and I live in Philippines

Well, that is me out of ideas I'm afraid! All I can suggest is you get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and see if they have any suggestions. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I do wonder if Spotify support will be able to fix this. If the error you are getting is on PayPal's service, Spotify will probably just see a failed payment and nothing else thinking about it.
