My daughter (under 18) lives with my ex (so not the same address as mine).  Can I get an account that would provide a plan for her and one for me?

Unfortunately, no plan would allow this, but you could get two Premium Individual plans (one for each account separately).

Thank you, Maxim.  Would my daughter be permitted a standalone Premium individual account?  My understanding is that she would need to be 18 or older for that.

Spotify is generally designed for listeners aged 13 and above, although the minimum age requirement can vary depending on your location.
