Playing on Peter's Iphone when trying to listen to music

Playing on Peter's Iphone when trying to listen to music

I have a family subscription. When my daughter plays het music my session stops and I get the message "Playing on xxx's Iphone. I cannot change to my own list and is locket out every time. Even the "Play a private session" is greyed out

Hey @JC1969,

 

It sounds like you're all logged into the same Spotify account.

 

I'd recommend logging into your own accounts to see if that fixes it.

I have the same problem. I don't know anyone named Peter and I probably live thousands of miles away from the guy who created this thread.

This is a really annoying problem. I'm really thinking about cancelling my subscription and try the Apple Music app.
