Playlist has disappeared

I just recently opened up spotify (i keep it running all the time) and I found that my playlist said that there were no songs in my playlist. This is the only playlist that I have offline, and seems to be the only playlist that this has happened to. I have tried to disconnect my facebook account from spotify, but it seems that I don't even have a spotify account, I just have one connected through facebook. Although it said I had no music on the playlist, for some reason the music was still able to play on both my phone and my laptop, but as soon as I deleted the app on my iphone, the music disappeared completely. I do not know what to do, as everything that has come up when I search this happening doesn't seem to work. I had a lot of music on that playlist, and would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me recover it. Thanks!
