Playlist randomly disappeared from acct

My Question or Issue

My daughter's playlist randomly disappeared from her acct. She did not delete or remove the Playlist. This happened after resetting her password via the Spotify site and logging in. After logging into her account with the updated login info, she saw that the list has disappeared. I have attempted to follow the recover link in her app but since SHE did not delete it herself, there is nothing listed. Could you all please assist with having this fixed ASAP?
