My Question or Issue 

 Previous payment  was declined so I updated and renewed. All updated except when logging in it takes me to same notice to downgrade for lack of payment

Hey @Selamari ,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I recommend logging out everywhere and then logging back in (twice) 🙂 It might fix this issue.

 

If the issue persists after doing that, please share a screenshot of the error message.
