Playlist

I just bought a laptop, and I went on my Spotify site an my starred playlist did not appear. I mean not even the choice of clicking on it.

Hi there and welcome to the Spotify Community!

Where did you have the playlist before? Did you make it on a computer or phone? Maybe you created it in offline mode and that's why it never synced. Can you provide more details please, so I can help you further.

Where did you have the playlist before? Did you make it on a computer or phone? Maybe you created it in offline mode and that's why it never synced. Can you provide more details please, so I can help you further.

Thank you for answering. I created it on a desktop computer, a Dell. it also works on my daughters laptop, for years. it also works on my phone. But on my new Asus laptop, after signing in from Facebook, there is No starred items on my list.

Where is my answer?
