Playlists Lost, Please Help

Playlists Lost, Please Help

I have seen many topics in the community on this already but none of the suggestions seem to fix my problem.  It looks like somehow my account has been duplicated.  I can log back in with my Facebook or Spotify but it takes me to a new account instead of the account with all my playlists and followers.  I can still see my profile in the system but it now reads user 1250434691, I just want to be able to log in to that.   I opened a help desk ticket 5 days ago and have not gotten a response, Case number 01415913

Hi, 

 

Duplicate accounts are a common problem

 

Try getting in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to help you.

 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
