My Question or Issue

I logged out my account once and try to log in, but password was not correct, so I reset a new password. 

Then I logged into my account, but it say free plan and there is nothing in my library or history. 

Please let me know how I can log into my premium account.

Hi @Fumilotus!

Sounds like you have multiple accounts and your Premium one is registered with another email address. I'd recommend checking out this article for more info on how to proceed.

Once you locate the Premium account, you can close the Free one to avoid further confusion in the future.
