My Question or Issue


I have paid for student premium, the plan shows up on my mobile but no matter how many times I log-out and log-in, it doesn't work on web-spotify or the desktop app. I am seriously frustrated with this stupid thing. What to do please help me. I've tried everything mentioned in the help but nothing works.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Spotify community.

 

I can imagine how frustrating it is not being able to enjoy your subscription in all devices.

You might have two different Spotify accounts, one subscribed to Student Premium and the other one Free. Could you think of any other email addresses or log in methods you could've used to create an account (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number)?

 

If you're getting the Premium subscription in-app, you can navigate to Settings and click on Account to see the username and email linked to your account. Make sure you use those same details when logging into Desktop.
