Premium Subscription automatically renews

I've been using Spotify since last year and I always wonder why I'm still on PREMIUM even after the free trial period.

I'm quite busy that I don't notice the charges every month, but lately I checked my bank account and saw that Spotify has been charging me.

I'm so disappointed that they don't even have notifications or email that will alert you for the automatic renewal.

To Spotify, please alert your users everytime the subscription cycle ends. Don't you think it's unfair to just renew and credit from our accounts?

I'm really sorry to hear that you have been getting charged without your knowledge. However when you sign up to the free trial you do need to enter your bank card information before being given the trial. If you used the trial and decided against using Spotify, you can remove your banking information a few days before your trial expires to avoid payment.

I am assuming that the system should of been sending e-mails to your e-mail account with receipts. Have you checked your spam box?
