Premium account hacked

Premium account hacked

Hi all,

 

My premium account has been hacked by someone, i can log in via my facebook but i cannot change my password. I emailed the account as the email address has been changed and he replied saying that its his account and he bought it from cheapaccount.pw

 

 

I have sent in a form but waiting on a reply

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

 

If you're unable to change the password while logged in, and if the email address has been changed, I would recommend you to indeed get in touch with Spotify. 

Please include as many details as possible, such as your address, date of birth, last 4 digits of credit card, transaction IDs, so Spotify can verify that you're the owner of the account. 

 

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link (you won't have to login with this link) to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
