Premium account troubles

So, I bought premium for spotify and have not been able to get it. I am clueless, I followed this tutoiral : https://support.spotify.com/us/problems/?ref=in_top#!/article/i-upgraded-to-premium-why-am-i-on-fre... found on the website. I still got no where with it. Also, what is bugging me is I got charged twice for it. I look at my bank account and it showed that I had made transations with spoitfy in the form of two sperate transations (Student discount). If someone can help me out I would great apperacaite it.

I have also checked my emails for a recpit and do not have one.
