Premium disappeared

Premium disappeared

Yesterday Spotify worked fine. I have a Spotify account and have been billed monthly for more than a year without a problem.

 

Today, Spotify says I have a free account and won't let me upgrade.

What is your subscription status on your online overview

Also, be sure to check the email account tied to your Spotify since any failed payment messages will have been sent there.

Strange. I had to re-enter my (unchanged) payment method, but it now seems to be re-syncing things. Ugh.

 

Odds I get charged twice?

I am not sure, but if you do just get in touch with support here and they should happily refund you.
