Premium stopped working

Premium stopped working

I got an e-mail that said I need to updated my expired credit card. I updated the card and logged back in and am not able to play on my iPhone. I've logged off and back on, reinstalled the app and still can't access music on my iPhone. Help please!

Hey brad, thanks for updating your details. The subscription won't start again though right away (if so, everyone who changed their card details would get charged) - so you'll just need to kickstart things again on your subscription page.

Thanks Richard, but what do you mean by "kickstart?" I clicked on your subscription link but it didnt work. I've already signe up for Premium again today. Thanks

Oops, I've fixed that link now. By kickstart I just meant restart the subscription. 

 

I can't see the Premium status on your account still. Can you check to make sure the card isn't expired?

Yeah, I've done that a few times over the last few days. Just did it again and reentered my credit card number, but it still says I'm on the free service. I've had premium for about 6 months before this. Why is it not recognizing my subscription as premium?

Did you definitely restart the subscription after entering payment details? It's not automatic.
