Premium subscription cancelled

Premium subscription cancelled

I cancelled my premium subscription over a month ago and was still charged for it. Any idea why this happened and when can it be fixed

Thank you for responding .. I have cancelled premium in may but I have been
getting charged for it .. I'd like to get this money back for I don't feel
I should be charged for it if I'm not using it . Thank you
