Premium upgrade failed

Premium upgrade failed

Hi
I upgraded my account to premium over itunes and paid it but my account is still free format. I followed the instructions 3 times and uploaded it over and over and nothing changed! Please help!

Hey @Banuusak,

 

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so you won't be able to purchase Spotify Premium via iTunes. If you still would like to purchase Premium, you can do that here: https://spotify.com/premium 🙂
