So as of today, December 22,2015 I paid for a one month premium outside without a credit card. (Philippines) I arrived home and thought of getting the family plan for my girlfriend too, so I subscribe to it with another country credit card because the card doesn't work here for some reason. I used an Hong Kong card. And now my subscription says it will be expired on 2016-01-11 and I assume it's less than what I paid. I paid for 4 months right.

Keep in mind that the country of your payment card must match the one in your Spotify profile, so we can verify your location.

 

We always send a receipt at the start of a subscription. Did you get one for the family plan?

 

You can confirm the renewal date of your subscription and the plan you're currently subscribed to by logging in here.
