Repeat and shuffle button and previous song button missing

My Question or Issue

The repeat button is missing and the shuffle button too and sometimes the lyrics too and I can't go to the previous song when I am playing a album or a playlist It is playing 2 random songs from that playlist and shuffling to a random song. The rewind and the adjustment bar is missing too.I want to know if  this is a new update. I am using a Vivo phone. I have another account but It is working fine.

i have free spotify plan. Previously i could skip tracks, rewind, play previous tracks, but now i can only listen random tracks and can’t rewind it. This problem appears in all devices, but my friend also have free plan and everything works ok.

1. Please, tell me what's your device OS + Version (You can find it in your smartphone settings)
2. What's your exact Spotify version?
3. Are you running any A/B (Alpha or Beta) version of Spotify on your smartphone?
4. If you think it would be useful, send me more screenshots that could help me to better understand your issue, but be sure you won't share any sensitive information.

Pretty sure it's a problem with my account and not my device because I logged on to my other account on the same device and it works fine.

Thanks for bringing more information. The case here seems to be a usability test that Spotify is doing with a group of users. So, if you're running a public and stable version of the app on your phone, the most recommendable is that you keep your app always updated, by turning on the auto-update feature on PlayStore. On the other side, if you're running a test version (Alpha/Beta Program) and want to go back to the stable version, you can do it on the PlayStore as well.

There's no repeat option

I realised that they have removed most features for free users and when I renewed my Premium membership now the repeat along with the shuffle option is available for me.

The issue occurs only on the iphone logged in with my account for all the playlists and albums. My account on other devices work fine and any other accounts on my iphone also works fine.

My spotify app on iphone runs on version 8.7.86.510. I have attached a screenshot

of the issue. 
Do let me know any solution.

The newer version of Spotify is worse. Please bring back the option to play in sequence, queue & the slider. The slider had been made dysfunction and hence we cannot skip to our favourite part of the song. Pls enable those functions again.

I've been having trouble fast forwarding my music while playing the songs; the option to fast forward has simply vanished from my Spotify app; I can't even forward any songs; I have to listen to the entire song to get to the lyrics I want to hear; please resolve this issue.

The previous track button is not working only the next track button is working.

Also, the slider is not functional so I can't skip to a particular time in the song.

My Question or Issue

My Song slider and previous song button are not working. I don't have any button for shuffling now on my interface. The icon for the previous song appears, but it doesn't work.

I can’t create queues or modify .I’ve tried reinstalling doesn’t help .I’ve tried logging in from the desktop and it’s the same in the web . The rewind feature is disabled and the loop or repeat option isn’t visible at all

I am unable to skip to previous song. Only "skip to next song" option is available. And I'm unable to skip to a certain part of the song by scrolling on the progress bar while playing a song.

The app also keeps buffering and then a pop up says something is wrong, try again. When I click on try again everything loads. Then when I click on a song again thr loop starts.

Spotify disabled the rewind button, shuffle button as well as the repeat button. The rewind button is greyed out and the other two buttons are missing altogether. Also, i can no longer fast forward songs through the slider which is disabled as well. Help??

I can not able to forward/backward song from song slider bar. Also can not go to previous song. previous button is greyed out. Tried reinstalling/clearing cache but that didn't work.
Using free version. And I can able to use slider and back button few months back but suddenly it was not working.

Please bring back the previous version of Spotify and the free account features like the ability to replay songs and skip , the new update is so upsetting and boring.
