SPOTIFY ACCOUNT HACKED!

I have had more than one "other iPhone" logged into my account. I have changed my passwords for my facebook and spotify and still people are hacking my account. I have read a ton of helpdesk threads on the Spotify website and no one seems to have a fix to the issue except to log out of all devices (which I've done) and change passwords! The "other users" have deleted songs and added [STUPID] playlists to my account!!! This is driving me nuts! You guys need to get better security or something. I don't understand why this keeps happening to me! 😞
