Selected wrong edition when redeeming gift card

Hi,

While redeeming a gift card last Friday, I accidently selected wrong when selecting the edition. Somehow, I selected Unlimited, while wanting Premium. All I wanted was to be able to download and listen to music offline. Can you please help me change this?

Hi. You should be able to convert your Unlimited to Premium from the upgrade page. The remaining days of unlimited will be converted to half that many days of premium. Shout if you have any problems.

A bit meeeh that I actually had to enter payment defails for converting, but that is not related to this case.

Don't worry. You can cancel at any time and will be able to remove your payment details after doing so 🙂
