Separate Artist with Same Name

I already published my band song to Spotify through TuneCore. I published it with "Sunrise" as an artist name. But, it turns out there are other artists who use that name. And also, we haven't had any artist page. What should I do to fix this? Should we change the name of our band? Please reply, thank you.

I would suggest changing your artist name so that it is more unique, but in the end it is up to you 🙂
